The first phase of Xinglong Wharf successfully completed the overall completion acceptance at the end of 2008 and has been put into trial operation. In order to further expand the port's throughput capacity, Xinglong Port Services Co., Ltd. plans to build the second phase of the project. The project will construct two 80,000-ton general berths and two 5,000-ton river berths and supporting logistics parks, occupying a coastline of 860 meters, with an estimated total investment of 1 billion yuan.
