The first super-large coal chemical equipment manufacturing is completed Developed by Dalian Jinzhou Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. for the Shenhua Ningmei Group, the world's first super-large "Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor" was manufactured at Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base. This fills the gap in China's production of large-scale coal chemical equipment, and also ended the history of China's purchase of super-large coal chemical reactors abroad.

It is understood that the "Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor" is one of the 15 coal deep-processing demonstration projects during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period determined by the National Development and Reform Commission and is the core equipment of Shenhua Ningmei Coal Group's 4 million tons / year indirect coal-to-coal oil plant. The reactor has a total weight of 2,200 tons, a diameter of 9.6 meters, a length of 61.5 meters and an annual production capacity of 4 million tons.

It is understood that in August 2012, Dalian Jinzhong obtained a large manufacturing list of 640 million yuan worth of equipment including 4 "Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactors" from Shenhua Group, each ordering more than 100 million yuan less than foreign orders. Because this equipment is overweight, ultra-high, and long, it can not be transported on the highway. Dalian Jinzhong Utilization Shenhua Group is located in the plant of Ningdong Energy Chemical Base large-scale manufacturing plant. It invested 85 million yuan to configure nearly 500 equipment to manufacture .

Construction Method

1. The slope shall be laid in order from top to bottom. Don't pull it too tight.
2. Tow adjacent longitudinal joints should not be in a horizontal line, should bestaggered more than 1m each other.
3. Longitudinal joints should be more than 1.50m away from the dam foot and bending foot, and should be located on the plane.
4. When the slope is laid, the direction of spreading film should be basically parallel to the slope line.
5. The construction, first of all to use small diameter sand or clay levelingbase, and then laid the geomembrane. The geomembrane should not be stretched too tight, and the part of the soil bured at both ends is corrugated. A transitional layer of about 10cm is laid on the geomembrane with sand or clay.
