C. Check hydraulic oil level and oil level. When the lifting platform is raised to the maximum, the hydraulic oil level should be 40-50 mm higher than the bottom of the tank. When the hydraulic oil is dark in color, the oil is sticky, or there are foreign matters such as gravel in the oil, replace the hydraulic oil in time. The lifting platform hydraulic system uses 32# hydraulic oil.
Year-end maintenance
A. Check hydraulic and piping connections. Damage to the pipeline should be replaced immediately; tighten the fittings when the connection is loose.
B. Remove and disassemble the lowering valve, blow it clean with compressed air and reinstall it.
C. Put all the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank to open the tank, take out the oil filter, wash it, put it back into the tank, and press it to install it. The fuel tank is filled with new oil.
