Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to promote safety technology to prevent industry self-discipline, standardize business practices, prevent and resist unlawful infringement, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the industry, and create a fair, orderly, honest security environment, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the country, industry The standard and the "Jiangxi Provincial Association of Security Technology Guard Industry Associations" specifically formulated these Measures.

Article 2 The assessment of the safety technology prevention engineering design and credit rating of construction companies means that the Jiangxi Security Technology Prevention Industry Association starts from the actual conditions of the industry and applies scientific assessment methods to apply for credit rating according to national laws, regulations and related policies. The safety and security engineering design and construction enterprises will conduct objective and fair assessments and issue credit rating certificates.

The security credit rating management refers to the Jiangxi Province Security Technology Protection Industry Association, under the guidance of the industry's competent authority, organizes and implements credit ratings, conducts credit rating and supervision, and promotes the effective use of credit ratings.

Chapter II Organization of Credit Rating Assessment Article 3 Credit rating is divided into two types: initial rating and promotion rating.

Article 4 For the initial assessment of the credit rating, if the enterprise has rated itself as ungraded, the Office of the Association will complete the examination and certificate issuance within 7 normal working days of accepting the enterprise's credit application.

The credit rating is evaluated by the company for the first time since the company has been rated as a third-level or above and the promotion rating is determined by the Association's office, representatives of the governing units, and related experts. The Jiangxi Provincial Security Technology Guard Industry Credit Rating Evaluation Committee conducts a centralized assessment at the end of each April. According to the public notice, if the conditions are met, the Provincial Security Association shall announce it to the public and issue a credit rating certificate; if it does not meet the conditions, it shall return and explain the reasons.

Article 5 The members of the Jury shall be single and shall not be less than 5. Among them, the director of the jury is served by the secretary-general of the association. Representatives of the governing units are those who are already in the credit rating and do not participate in the governing unit of the year.

The appraisal committee produces before each credit rating review work, and is only responsible for this appraisal.

Chapter III Application and Review of Credit Ratings Article 6 Newly established security technology prevention enterprises may not apply to the Office of the Association for Credit Rating until they have registered with the administrative department for industry and commerce. The applicants submitted their applications through the website of Jiangxi Security Technology Protection Industry Association (.com), and the written application materials were sent to the Office of the Association.
