Discussion on the difference data of 120° phase angle of crankshaft connecting rod

At present, the method of measuring the 120° phase angle of the crankshaft connecting rod used in China, the out-of-tolerance data is calculated by using the 120° phase angle to allow the degree of the tolerance, corresponding to the arc length on the circumference with the center-distance as the radius. Since the selected reference is different at the time of measurement, the position of the link is different, and the projection of the chord length in the height is also different (since the angular tolerance is small, the arc length is approximately equal to the chord length). Therefore, when measuring the 120° deviation with the height gauge, it should be based on the change of the reference.
