Because skilled workers are not as expensive as those in coastal areas, many skilled workers are seriously drained.
Judging from the academic requirements of enterprises for employment, most of the enterprises that require recruitment are colleges and above, accounting for 61.1%, especially large state-owned enterprises require national key universities; secondly, enterprises require employees to have higher education level than junior high school education. , accounting for 22.2%; only 16.7% of enterprises have no requirements for academic qualifications.
