The intrinsic quality of a product refers to the nutritional indicators of the product, such as the reliability and economy of the product; the external quality of the product refers to the shape, color and odor of the product. When some farmers choose feed products, they tend to look at the appearance and packaging of the feed, followed by color, aroma and taste. Due to the fierce competition in the feed market, some businesses have tried to work hard on the color, fragrance and taste of the outer packaging and products, but the internal quality of the products has not improved, and the farmers do not understand and are often fooled. Therefore, when choosing a feed product, you should choose some products with good reputation and moderate price, especially the products produced by regular manufacturers that have been fed.

3. Too much greed is cheap.

As the saying goes, "One point is worth the price", this is reasonable. Feeds with good product quality are often of high quality due to the high price, and the products with low prices are often of low quality. When choosing, you can't just look at how much money you need for a bag of feed. Instead, look at its nutritional guarantee value, calculate the price of the feed according to the recommended formula, and if necessary, do the feeding test. Long-term feeding of premixes with insufficient nutrient content will cause diarrhea and diarrhea in livestock and poultry, which will not only hinder the normal growth of livestock and poultry, but also cost medical expenses and increase farming costs.

4. Feel free to change the recommended formula.

All types of premixes have their own recommended recommended formulas. These formulas are generally scientific and reasonable and cannot be changed at will. For example, soybean meal can not be replaced by rapeseed meal or cotton aphid, corn can not be replaced by wheat, and the amount of soybean meal can not be increased or decreased at will, resulting in excessive or insufficient protein content, affecting growth and development, and reducing economic benefits.

5. Poor mixing uniformity.

At present, most farmers in rural areas use artificial agitation when formulating feed. Manual mixing, uniformity does not meet the requirements, seriously affecting the use of premix. The variation coefficient of feed mixing uniformity of feeding should not exceed 10%. If you want to buy a blender, you should dilute the premix before mixing. Mix the feed and premix before use.

6. The method and method of use are not good.

Do not feed according to the manufacturer's instructions, some use the premix as a MSG, add 1 - 2 to the self-mixed feed, and feed it with agitation, so the feeding method is unscientific and the nutrition is not comprehensive. It should be prepared in strict accordance with the recommended formula.

7. The crushing particle size is not suitable.

The medium grain size of the feed not only ensures that the feed intake of the individual and the individual is consistent with the nutritional level of the intake, but also prevents the occurrence of metabolic diseases and improves the feed compensation. However, in the work, it is often found that some farmers have to reduce the proportion of powder, and the crushing size is too large, which affects the digestion and absorption of pigs.

How to use premix?

1. Circle treatment: clean at any time and keep it clean. Disinfect once a month with 20% lime water solution or grass ash.

2. Self-matching full-price compound feed: use compound premix to prepare full-price compound feed. Namely: energy feed + protein feed + compound premix = full price compound feed.

According to the feed resources of the region, select the formula table provided by the purchased compound premix, and add the energy feed and protein feed according to the amount specified in the table. When preparing the materials, the beans should be fried into eight matures, and the rapeseed cake and cotton seed cake should be detoxified. The selected raw materials are pulverized and mixed for use.

3. In the early stage of feeding, pigs should be treated with “eight characters”: (according to the weight of pigs, every 5 kilograms). Deworming: On the first day, 3 to 4 tablets of levofloxacin hydrochloride are used, and in the morning, they are mixed in a small amount of concentrate. 4. Feeding method: The principle is “first fine after green, raw for wet mixing, less feeding, and plenty of drinking water”.

4.1 Piglets: Each head is fed with 4 to 6% of body weight per day, and 4 to 6 meals per day are fed. Each meal is mixed with a feed amount and water 1:2 to 4 to make a paste, and then the pigs are fed.

4.2 Growing and fattening pigs: Feeding 3 to 4% of body weight per day, feeding 3 to 4 meals a day, feeding each meal with the amount of feed and water 1:1 to 1.5.

After the pigs are fed, they should be supplied with clean drinking water. If they have green feed conditions, they should be fed with green fodder. The feeding amount and interval of each meal are basically the same every day, and the feeding amount is increased once per feeding.

5. Note: The composite premix and its full-price compound feed should not be cooked at high temperature, and the feed and water temperature should not exceed 40 °C.
