In an interview with the reporter, Zou Dingwei, president of the Spring Branch, said that after more than 10 years of development, the club’s membership has more than doubled, and the number of council members has grown from more than 10 in the past to more than 30 today. Although the number of members does not reflect the overall level of our country's spring industry, with the production of some large spring raw materials and processing equipment and testing equipment in China in recent years, the spring production companies have joined forces in the coordination of the association and changed our country. It is understood that after years of development, domestically produced springs have undergone qualitative changes in terms of grade and quality, but with the economic development, especially the rapid development of several major industries such as automobiles, power generation, railway transportation, and urban public transport, While giving the spring industry a huge market, it also raises one after another "difficulty." In the past, in the face of these "conundrums," domestic enterprises can only be expected to "difficult" to sigh. However, after years of efforts, when the spring industry has mastered advanced technology, the problems of raw materials and equipment have become increasingly prominent. As a result, some spring production companies have to import at high prices. Therefore, raw materials, production and testing equipment have become constraints on the development of the spring industry in China. Bottle path. Zou Dingwei also said that the spring industry has evolved from today’s price wars and service competition to the competition in the industrial chain, and the industrial chain has to rely on standardized means. It is understood that although the industry’s standard system is relatively complete, due to its early formulation, it has a considerable distance from the current market demand. Many standards are often just a “name explanation” today, especially with Japan, Europe, and the United States.
