The XMT-CSFX-200t/d ultrasonic flotation production line was successfully put into operation at the Hetai Gold Mine. The gold mine has ultrafine grained inlays and the total amount of gold mined in the tailings is more than 3 tons. In order to reduce the loss of gold resources, Xingmin Science and Technology, Hunan University and Hetai Gold Mine formed an ultrasonic flotation project team to jointly tackle the problem on February 13, 2009. In the middle of March, they obtained XMT-CSFX-30t/d at Hetai Gold Mine. Ultrasonic flotation test was successful. The operation of the XMT-CSFX-200t/d ultrasonic flotation production line showed that the gold containing 0.7g/ton tailings was subjected to a rough three-sweep and two-precision ultrasonic flotation, the ore tailings gold was reduced to 0.05g/ton, and the gold concentrate was graded. Up to 20 g/t; raw gold containing 4 g/t gold, after a rough three-sweep and two-sound ultrasonic flotation, the ore tailing gold is reduced to 0.07 g/t, fine gold ore grade 102 g/t; ultrasonic flotation The total energy consumption of tailings or raw ore is reduced by more than 50%. According to experts' estimation, the development of XMT ultrasonic flotation technology and equipment has been successful. It has effectively selected and utilized hundreds of billions of tons of abandoned tailings, lean ore, refractory ores, and polymetallic ores in China, especially for China's 60 trillion mineral processing.
