Residential decoration engineering construction specification (GB50327-2001)

According to the “Notice on the Establishment and Revision of the National Project Standard for Engineering Construction in 2000-2001” (Jianbiao [2001] No. 87), the “Decoration of Residential Houses” jointly prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant departments The "Renovation Project Construction Specification" was approved by the relevant authorities and approved as a national standard, numbered GB 50327-2001. It will come into effect on May 1, 2002. Among them, 3.1.3, 3.1.7, 3.2.2, 4.1.1, 4.3.4, 4.3.6, 4.3.7 and 10.1.6 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented.
This specification is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Construction responsible for the management and interpretation of the mandatory provisions. The China Building Decoration Association is responsible for the interpretation of specific technical contents. The Ministry of Construction's Standard Rating Institute organizes and publishes the China Construction Industry.

Appendix A: Terms of the specification

1. General Provisions 1.0.1 This standard is formulated for the construction of residential decoration works, ensuring the quality of works, ensuring personal health and property safety, protecting the environment, and safeguarding public interests.
1.0.2 This Code applies to the interior decoration of residential buildings.
1.0.3 In addition to the implementation of this Code, the construction of residential decoration and fitting-out projects shall comply with the relevant national standards and regulations.
2. Terminology 2.0.1. Interior decoration of housings

3. Basic regulations 3.1 Basic requirements for construction 3.1.1 Before the construction, the bottom of the design shall be carried out, and the construction site shall be checked to understand the relevant provisions of the property management.
3.1.2, each process, each sub-project should be self-checking, mutual inspection and handover inspection.
3.1.3 During construction, it is forbidden to damage the original insulation facilities of the house; it is strictly prohibited to damage the stressed steel bars; it is strictly forbidden to stack articles with super-load; it is forbidden to punch and install embedded parts on the hollow floor slab by precast concrete.
3.1.4 It is forbidden to modify the main building without authorization during construction. The load-bearing structure or change the main function of the room; unauthorized demolition of gas, heating, communications and other ancillary facilities.
3.1.5 The installation and commissioning of pipelines and equipment projects shall be completed before the construction of the decoration works. The tasks that must be carried out simultaneously shall be completed before the construction of the decoration layer. Decoration works shall not affect the use and maintenance of pipelines and equipment. The decoration works involving gas pipelines must comply with the relevant safety management regulations.
3.1.6. Construction personnel shall abide by laws and regulations concerning construction safety, labor protection, fire prevention and anti-virus.
3.1.7. The electricity used at the construction site shall meet the following requirements:
1. The electricity used in the construction site shall be set up from the household table after the temporary construction of the electricity system.
2. The installation, maintenance or removal of the temporary construction power system should be completed by an electrician.
3. The leakage protection device shall be installed in the temporary construction power supply switch box. The power cable that enters the switch box must not be connected with a latch.
4, temporary electricity lines should avoid flammable, explosive materials stacking sites.
5. Suspend the power supply when the construction is suspended.
3.18. The construction site water should meet the following requirements:
1. Do not store water on the ground without waterproofing.
2. Temporary water pipes must not be damaged or drip.
3. Suspend the construction and cut off the water supply.
3.1.9. Civilized construction and site environment shall meet the following requirements:
1, construction workers should be neatly dressed.
2. The construction personnel should obey the supervision and management of property management or public security personnel.
3. The pollution and hazards of dust, pollutants, noise, vibrations, etc. to neighboring residents, residential areas and urban environments should be controlled.
4. The construction material shall not occupy the public space in the corridor and block the emergency exit.
5. Outdoor stacking should comply with the property management regulations and avoid public facilities such as public passages, green areas, and septic tanks.
6. Engineering waste should be sealed and placed on designated garbage dump sites.
7. Do not block or damage public facilities such as the upper and lower water pipelines, garbage roads, etc., and do not damage the various public signs in the building.
8. The construction site should be cleaned up before the project acceptance.
3.2 Basic requirements for materials and equipment 3.2.1 The variety, specification and performance of materials used in residential decoration and decoration projects shall meet the requirements of the design and the relevant provisions of the current national standards.
3.2.2 It is forbidden to use materials that have been ordered by the State to be eliminated.
3.2.3. The materials used in residential decoration and decoration shall be fire-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-tarnish treatment according to the design requirements.
3.2.4. The construction unit shall check the variety, specification, and performance of the main materials entering the site. The main materials should have product qualification certificates, and there should be corresponding performance test reports and Chinese instructions for special requirements.
3.2.5. Material prepared on site shall be made according to design requirements or product specifications.
3.2.6. It should be equipped with supporting equipment and testing instruments that meet the construction requirements.
3.2.7. Residential decoration works should actively use new materials, new technologies, new processes, and new equipment.
3.3 Finished product protection 3.3.1 Material transportation during construction shall meet the following requirements:
1. Material transport When using elevators, take protective measures against the elevator.
2. Avoid damage to the top of the corridor, walls, handrails, corridor windows and corridor doors during material handling.
3.3.2 The following product protection measures shall be taken during the construction process:
1. Each type of work must not pollute or damage semi-finished or finished products of other types of work during construction.
2. The material surface protective film should be removed when the project is completed.
3. Protection measures shall be taken for public facilities such as mailboxes, fire protection, power supply, television, alarm, and network.
4, fire safety 4.1 General provisions 4.1.1, construction units must develop a construction fire safety system, construction workers must strictly abide by.
4.1.2. The fire performance grade requirements for residential decoration materials shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard "Code for the Fire Protection of Interior Decoration for Buildings" (GB 50222).
4.2 Fireproofing of materials 4.2.1 When flame retardant treatment is applied to decorative fabrics, they should be impregnated with flame retardants. The dry content of flame retardants should meet the requirements of the product specification.
4.2.2. The surface of the wooden decorative materials should be cleaned before applying the fireproof coating. The coating is carried out at least twice, and the second coating should be performed after the first coating is dry, and the coating amount should not be less than 500 g/
