How to reset the recorder / camera password
Before resetting the password, first tell everyone the initial password of the device:
A:
1. The user name of Haikang VCR / camcorder / decoder is admin, you can try to enter 12345 as the password. If the prompt is incorrect, it is the activation password you set when you use the device for the first time.
2. The initial user name of the fluorite camera and recorder is admin. If it has not been activated, then the password is the six-digit capital letters on the device label; if activated, then the password is the password set at the time of activation.
The self-service password recovery process is as follows:
For Haikang series (beginning with DS) recorders / cameras:

If your camera is powered by the POE of the recorder and there is no power on site, you can refer to the following steps
1. Please connect the computer's network cable to one of the POE ports of the recorder.
2. Set the IP address of the computer to the same network segment as the internal network card address of the recorder.
3. Refer to SADP scan code recovery method for password recovery.
The password recovery methods of fluorite series (beginning with CS) recorders / cameras are as follows:
Camera:
Press and hold the reset button 5S for a long time after power on, the camera will enter the restart state, wait for 1-2 minutes to restore the factory. If the camera does not have a reset button, it is recommended that you switch to manual processing.
VCR:
Log in to the local configuration interface of the fluorite hard disk recorder on the monitor, double-click in the lower left corner: Does the original password appear? Click OK, the password will be restored to the device verification code (six-digit uppercase English letters, the device body label can be viewed), if the verification code input prompt is incorrect, enter 12345.
