However, due to the abnormal changes in temperature and the increase of vibration, the anchor bolts of the fan are loosened and broken.

After all the corrosion caused the accident of burning the bearing after several oil shortages, the post worker always let the oil leak out from the front and rear end covers of the bearing box when refueling. It is believed that the two bearings are not lacking in oil, thus causing the foundation concrete. Corrosion, together with vibration, the foundation concrete bearing surface is lost, resulting in increased vibration, causing loosening and breaking of the anchor bolt.

Improper maintenance caused the loosening of the bolts and the weak foundation of the fan. The bolts were simply tightened, and the coaxiality between the fan and the motor was not adjusted in time. In the case of heavy concrete corrosion, the bearing box was only used. Lifting, removing loose concrete, and then adding a thick steel plate for support; in addition, after the anchor bolt is broken and re-welded, the recast concrete can be rushed to start after less time, resulting in a weak foundation.

Treatment measures (l) Purchase rolling bearings of well-known manufacturers and strictly control the quality. (2) Replace the worn fan and the motor's elastic ring pin coupling with a pin coupling to improve the smoothness of the starting. (3) Strengthen management, make lubrication without oil shortage, no oil leakage. At the same time, always check the looseness of the anchor bolts and tighten the bolts in time. (4) Check the wear of the blades and rolling bearings in time according to the conditions during operation, and replace them when they are worn to a certain value. (5) The concrete foundation under the fan bearing box is completely destroyed, a steel plate support seat is prepared, the concrete foundation is recast, and then the bearing housing is placed on the steel support seat to avoid breakage of the anchor bolt.

After the above measures were taken, the vibration of the fan was greatly improved in the 3 years after recasting the concrete, and the anchor bolts did not break again. And we put the method of making a steel plate support under the bearing box on the concrete foundation and quoted it to other fans with different problems, which also achieved good results.
