First, the electronic platform scale calibration prerequisites:
1.1, qualified standards.
1.2, ambient temperature 25±5 °C, relative humidity 55±20% RH

1.5 Requirements for verification equipment: The standard weight error of the verification device shall not be greater than 1/3 of the maximum allowable error of the corresponding scale of the scale.

2.1 Check:
(1) First check whether the parts of the parts to be checked are normal, whether there is any damage, or the nameplate is clearly identified (visual inspection).
(2) Whether the indicator light can be displayed correctly, and whether the keys are normal, if they are not normal or damaged, they will be repaired or retired.

Third, the electronic platform scale calibration method:
3.1. Maximum load calibration of electronic platform scale: In the full scale of the electronic platform scale, select the standard weight placed in the center of the electronic platform scale tray to test the maximum load of the electronic platform scale.
3.2, electronic platform scale calibration value calibration: Select the standard weight placed in the center of the electronic scales tray, test the electronic scales minimum resolvable load (division value).
3.3, electronic platform scale error calibration: the full-scale average of 10 equal parts, according to the quality of each standard set the standard value of verification, in order to place the standard weight in the center of the electronic scales tray, record the stability of the electronic scales readings .
3.4 Electronic platform scale four-corner error calibration: Take the standard weight of 1/3 full-scale load of electronic platform scale (generally, the standard weight quality is integer, such as 1Kg, 5Kg, 20Kg, 25kg, etc.), which are respectively placed in the center of the electronic platform scale tray. Position, record the reading after the stability of the electronic platform scale.
3.5 Repeatability error calibration of electronic bench scale: Take the weight of the maximum load (full scale) of the electronic platform scale, place it on the center position of the electronic scale tray 4 times, and record the reading of each stable electronic scale.
4.
