This spot check is based on GB 17565-2007 "General technical conditions for anti-theft security doors" and other standards, such as appearance, permanent marking, steel plate thickness, dimensional tolerance and clearance, anti-destructive performance, anti-intrusion performance, soft impact performance, suspension Projects such as hoisting performance, impact barrier performance, hinge rotation performance, lock anti-theft requirements and general requirements for locks are tested.

In this spot check, in addition to the unsatisfactory dimensional tolerance and matching clearance, the 1st batch of anti-theft door was also found to be out of compliance with the standard requirements, and was finally judged as a substandard product.

Anti-theft security doors can be divided into Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D security doors according to their safety level. Among them, Class A has the highest anti-theft performance, Grade B is second and Ding is the lowest. The quality supervision department reminded that there are four notes to choose the security door:

(1) Inspection process quality: Special attention should be paid to checking for welding defects such as open welding, unweld welding, and missing welding. Check whether the cooperation between the door leaf and the door frame is dense, whether the gap is uniform, whether the opening is flexible, whether all the joints are dense, and the surface of the door panel should be treated with anti-corrosion treatment. Generally, it should be painted and sprayed. The surface of the paint layer should be free of air bubbles, uniform color and large. Most doors also have a rubber seal on the door frame that does not give a harsh metal impact when closing the door.

(2) Lock inspection: The qualified security door generally adopts the anti-theft lock that has passed the inspection by the public security department. At the same time, the steel plate with the thickness of 3.0mm or more should be protected at the lock. Many anti-theft locks are multi-directional locks. The advantage is that not only the door locks are locked, but also the upper and lower rails can be inserted and locked, and the door is fixed, which greatly increases the anti-smashing performance of the door.

(3) Brand guarantee: Brand is the symbol of product quality and service. When buying security doors in the market, it is best to purchase them in a formal large-scale home building city. When purchasing, you should also pay attention to the “FAM” logo, company name, and implementation standards of the security door.

(4) Check the accessories after installation: After installing the security door, the user must first check whether the accessories and materials such as keys, insurance policies, invoices and after-sales service orders are consistent with the accessories and materials provided by the security door manufacturer. There are fewer keys. When the lock that has been installed on the door body is opened by the key, the lock core should be easy and flexible, and there is no stuck phenomenon; the door should be flexible and free during the process of opening 90 degrees, without jamming or abnormal noise.
