FRPP pipe characteristics, performance, specifications

According to HG20539-92 standard production, specification De20-De800mm, nominal pressure 0.4-1.0MPa, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene FRPP pipe is suitable for municipal water supply and drainage, agriculture, corrosive liquid transportation (such as chemical and pharmaceutical industry) and installation of complex process pipeline . FRPP pipe is made of glass fiber modified polypropylene material treated with coupling agent, with high hardness, good rigidity, high modulus of elasticity and high temperature resistance. The transportation of general purpose water and corrosive liquids is used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, textile, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, paper, food, mining, garbage treatment, construction and other industries.

First, FRPP pipe features

1, long service life. FRPP glass fiber polypropylene pipe can be safely used for more than 50 years under rated temperature and pressure conditions.

2, excellent corrosion resistance. FRPP tubing is resistant to most chemicals and can withstand high concentrations of acids and bases with a pH range of 1-14 over a wide range.

3. Excellent anti-wear performance. When transporting ore mud, the wear resistance of FRPP pipe is more than 4 times that of steel pipe.

5, heat insulation and energy saving. The maximum temperature of FRPP pipe is about 95 degrees. The thermal conductivity of this product is only 1/200 of that of steel pipe, so it has better insulation performance.
